洁净棚  CLEAN BOOTH STATION

采用工业铝材 (或不锈钢方通/铁方通喷塑) 作为框架，风机滤网机组 (FFU) 送风，四周悬挂防静电垂帘(或钢化玻璃)，其内部净化级别可达到100-10000级。适用于洁净车间内局部净化级别要求的区域。

Using industrial aluminum (or stainless-steel square tube/iron square tube with rubber coating spray) as the frame, Fan Filter Unit (FFU) to supply air, surrounded by hanging anti-static drape (or tempered glass), and its internal purification level can reach 100-10000. It is suitable for areas with local purification level requirements in clean workshops.
